In order to create an independent brand of lean logistics in manufacturing supply chain and achieve the initial goal of serving the country, logistics always adheres to the service purpose of "striving for survival by quality and creating brand by service". From the beginning, customer service has been placed in the first place of the company. After more than ten years of development, no matter from the company's culture, system or implementation, we have established and adopted the quality management system of GB/T19001-2016/ISO 9001:2015. Through the construction of operation system and the application of information technology, we have established a set of mature and perfect customer service system to ensure the quality of logistics service.

In terms of culture, "loyalty, perfection, innovation, win-win" values have been rooted in the hearts of all employees of the company, helping to get the recognition of customers. We not only pursue the results of customer service, but also pay more attention to the process of customer service. The annual customer service satisfaction survey not only obtains high customer evaluation, but also can improve the company's service system according to the improvement content proposed by customers, and constantly enhance customer satisfaction.

Regardless of the customer satisfaction management system, customer complaint handling system and service improvement system, the service system guarantees that the customer's needs or complaints will be identified, tracked and solved quickly, and that the relevant personnel will know and ultimately get customer satisfaction. In each project, we will establish regular communication and reward mechanism with customers, discuss the achievement of KPI indicators, difficulties and solutions in the work, work plan before the next communication meeting, etc. to ensure that all services reach a consensus with customers on the above content, and get relevant support from customers.
